First Name: Jim

Operating System (if applicable): Windows XP

Question: When I want to print out an email, it always prints out such large fonts and takes 3-4 pages. Is there anyway to print out smaller fonts and not take up so many pages. I would like to get it on one page. I have Thunderbird now, but I did have Outlook Express and had the same problem. Thanks. Jim

Our Answer: Hi Jim. When you click print, or press CTRL+P, a box will pop up giving you many options. One is "print pages BLANK to BLANK". So if you choose 1 to 1, then it will only print the first page.

Also, you can click the advanced button on the top right and it will open a new box that will let you choose page size, print with (100% or 1%) and also many other options. Play around with those options to learn more about what they do, and to get the desired effect.
