Question: I am having trouble Taking off my Tower case, can you help me figure this out?

Our Answer: Hi Arvinda. You need to find the screws that keep the case on, unscrew them, then SLIDE it off. If you have removed the screws (or there are not any) and you still can't get the case off, try looking for some latches near the top bottom or back and unlatch them.

If none of that works, then you should call Dell for support.
