Question: Regretfully, I must take issue with you re: Norton anti-virus.......after Norton allowed a Trojan horse virus to infect my machine, their support immdiately sent me to Microsoft when the problem was INFECTION not function....as it turned out Microsoft has new hot-line for viruses et al.
Microsoft was absolutely terrific....when Norton could not even FIND the virus, Microsoft found it and isolated it. We are, with pleasure, dumping Norton.
Our Answer: Hi Oscar. Thanks for letting me know, I will be on the lookout for a better anti virus solution to recommend my visitors.
